Very bad the new owner ... the wrong food, but the right billed ... nothing was typed in the cash register ... the prices were handwritten on a piece of paper from the card. This was on request of my receipt. Meat warmed up .. very bad. With the best will not to recommend !! Greetings to the tax office ..

Very, very tasty authentic Vietnamese food, fair prices, not super chic, but atmospheric and nicely furnished, fast, friendly service ...

Although there were few guests, we waited 15 minutes for the drinks (bottles only). Then the starter and main course were served together. There was no longer a separate plate for the main course. Rather, it was my problem how I got the hot iron plate so that I could eat from it reasonably well. The food itself seems to me to be an attempt at fusion cuisine, which has completely failed. There was a lack of everything, spice, sharpness, just taste and quality. Our request for a cruet was fulfilled after about 10 minutes by being given salt and pepper shakers in a bread basket. Sure, Corona doesn't make anything easier. But a small tray with a bowl of soy sauce, sambal and these shakers would have made a completely different impression. Nobody looked after us during our visit, do you feel good, more drinks, does it taste good, something is still missing. Our conclusion: no customer orientation and really bad food from the convection machine.

Update: Our favorite Vietnamese for years, good food, fresh and well seasoned. Change of ownership now. What a disaster. More breadcrumbs than meat, the sauce you eat like before. Much less rice, meat and vegetables in a similar dish as I have otherwise eaten there. Not good in taste. I was in Vietnam, you wouldn't get anything like that there. It's a shame that the lotus no longer exists.

Very very good because you can go out to eat anyway

I can honestly say in my 37 years of existence as well as a year living in HCMC, the vietnamese duck with coconut milk was not only the best vietnamese I've ever had, but probably the best dish I've ever had.. I got take away, but I looked at the other dishes being served in the restaurant, and everything looked fantastic. Please eat here

Delicious food! In any case, less flavor enhancer than some other Asians :) when the shop is full, the waiting times are sometimes. "very long" (approx. + 1h) and the service forgets the drink during the waiting period. Nevertheless, everyone is always very friendly, courteous and tried hard and the food is always great

The Lotus charms with its friendly and very courteous staff and a nice cozy atmosphere. A very diverse selection of dishes with fresh ingredients will satisfy the taste buds, as well as the eyes. A pleasure for all senses! Yesterday we visited the lotus as part of a family party and all our wishes were respectfully fulfilled !! So, for example a little private atmosphere.

I always like to dine here. Very nice owners and delicious dishes from vegetarian to fish dishes, I have always found everything good and quality. The prices are unbeatable. In addition, the atmosphere in the restaurant is always very nice and everything is clean. Always happy😋😊

Had lunch and ordered a crispy duck without paprika. When the duck came was unfortunately pepper in it and it took another 15 minutes until I got my new court. Of course this can happen but the duck and the rice were only warmed up and not freshly made. The duck consisted only of fat and skin and there was hardly any meat to be found. Although the lunch dishes are very cheap, I still expect a certain quality of food
